Duga Duga ships exclusively to Montenegro using our trusted courier service, Kurirska Služba Beep Beep. We strive to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible while ensuring safe and reliable shipping.

We try our best to ship orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within Montenegro is 2-5 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or high order volumes.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package size. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the Kurirska Služba Beep Beep website or contact their customer support for assistance.
6. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery to the provided address. If the recipient is unavailable, a second delivery attempt may be made. If delivery fails, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@dugaduga.me with photos of the damage. If your order is lost during transit, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
